I love this Ted Talk *so* much. Damien sent me a snippet from it a couple of days ago, and I decided that I needed to watch it again. Probably I haven't seen it since 2008ish. Right now it feels more relevant that ever IMO, given how many children go to school and end up being given some sort of label for a condition, instead of the teachers and people in their lives trying to understand what sort of people they are and helping them to find their purpose here.
